How Would the New iPad HD / iPad 3 Look Like

The Apple iPad 2 has been out for almost a year now, so it’s time to say hello to iPad 3 or iPad HD, if new rumours are to be believed. Apple this week officially sent out invites for its March 7 iPad event, means tomorrow, telling invitees that the company has “something you really have to see. And touch.”

It’s all but certain that the iPad 3 or iPad HD will have a better screen than the iPad or iPad 2. Most rumors point to a Retina display, similar to what’s found on the iPhone 4/4S. The iPad HD version will reportedly have a 2048×1024 resolution, twice that of the iPad 2?s screen.

Consensus says the iPad HD / iPad 3 will run the new A6 processor, which will be significantly faster than the A5 CPU found in the iPad 2 and iPhone 4S, and use less power, which would help in the battery life department.

One of the best reasons to buy the iPhone 4S is its fantastic 8-megapixel rear-facing camera. And it seems increasingly likely that Apple will upgrade this lens in the iPad HD.

A variety of reports suggest that Apple plans to make its first 4G LTE-enabled device the iPad HD or iPad 3.

It’s essentially guaranteed that the iPad 3 will come loaded with iOS 5.1, beta versions of which have been available to developers for some time. So far, the upgrade to iOS 5 offers nothing much new.

References to the iPad HD have also been found in a data usage application called Taptalk, although the guys from Gizmodo do point out that this data can be doctored.
We suspect that the iPad 3 will end up being called the iPad HD, as this will allow Apple to continue to sell the existing iPad 2 as simply the iPad at a lower price than the new model which will be announced next week. (Gizmodo)

iPad 3 Concept Design and Pictures

After the success of iPad 2, Apple is planning to release iPad 3. The latest iPad 3 rumor comes from China’s Economic Daily News, and suggests that the tablet could be released on February 24 to commemorate Steve Jobs, since this date is also his birthday. Suppliers are reportedly doing the best they can to ramp up production in an effort to have the tablet fully ready and in the quantities needed by Apple. Here are some iPad 3 concept design pictures and expected features for you all….

The new LCD screens will be QXGA displays with a 2048 x 1536 resolution, double that of the iPad 2?s 1024 x 768 resolution, and will maintain the 4:3 aspect ratio of previous iPad screens.

Retina Display: People were expecting a retina display with the iPad 2; but the iPad disappointed them with the same display of the previous iPad. Now followers are waiting for an iPad 3 with a retina display.

SD card slot: People are expecting revolution in Apple iPad 3 with SD card slot. Hopefully Apple may introduce SD card slot with iPad 3

Improved HDMI: Yes iPad 2 also supports HDMI playback but you need to have Apple Digital AV Adapter, and that is too at additional cost of $39. So it is much expected from iPad 3 to have HDMI port that eliminates additional requirement of HDMI cable.

Camera flash: Camera with the Flash is long awaited feature of iPad, people were expecting iPad 2 to have Camera flash, now we would be wonder if iPad 3 will not have Camera with Flash.

Thunderbolt: The iPad 3 may have Thunderbolt port. That will offer power, Video and data connectivity using the same connector at lightning speed.

Wireless Synchronize: People are expecting iPad 3 to offer wireless sync of content rather than traditional wired connectivity.

Steve Jobs through Pictures

Steve Jobs (1955-2011), who has died aged 56 following a long battle with pancreatic cancer, made an unprecedented impact on the world’s consumer electronics markets with a string of hit products, including the iPod, iPhone and iPad. In little over a decade, he took Apple (the company he co-founded in 1976) from near-bankruptcy to being the world’s second most valuable company by market capitalization.

iPhone 4s Specs with Pictures

Apple released long awaited and much discussed iPhone 4s on 4th October 2011. This is the same model as to what many people rumored to be iPhone 5. Apple iPad 3: Photos and Expected Features

According to the latest news, the Apple iPad3 will feature a new, thinner and sleeker design, down nearly 20 percent in size compared to the iPad 2. It will also support full touchscreen HD display with a screen resolution of 2048 x 1536. The iPad 3 will also have a lighter battery life, reducing the weight of the tablet.

A6 Processor

Now Apple is aiming to make the competition tougher by sporting an A6 Quad-core Processor in the iPad 3. This would make the iPad 3 as powerful as any high-end desktop.

 

iOS 5

The iPad 3 will come with the latest iOS 5, which will host the multi-touch gesture technology. However, analyst and tech enthusiasts predict that Apple would introduce OS X Lion for the tablet, since it will be powered by a quad-core processor.

 

Retina Display

Retina Display (after we’ve seen this function on the iPhone 4 we thought that iPad 2 will also going to have it but there wasn’t any, iPad 3 will probably come up with this improvement. With the Retina Display feature, the screen resolution of the iPad3 will be 2048 x 1536 pixels. However, it is said that the third version of the tablet is delayed due to Retina Display issues, and Apple is expected to ship the tablet in early 2012.

 

 

 

Cloud Computing

Apple will definitely include the iCloud technology in iPad 3. With iCloud users can store photos, apps, calendars and access songs on iTunes without having them to store in the phone’s memory.

 

 

Fingerprint has already been granted patents on this technology, and is working real hard to make the iPad3 fingerprint proof. The touch screen will be coated with oleophobic materials, which will reduce the oil and fingerprints on the screen.

 

 

 

 

 

Camera

The new tablet will come with LED flash to support the camera. The display comes with a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution display that can enable HD 1080p capability for watching high def movies on its 9.7 inch LCD screen.
