Facebook vs Google+ Funny Pics Wars

Since Google+ beta release few days back, there has been an animated image war started between both. In these wars it seems Google+ is winning, but all those who have tested both Google+ and Facebook can easily see that Facebook is currenty more powerful due to its gaming and Application support.

But time will tell how Google will overcome that, maybe they will launch something more interesting and different and people came swarming towards it. Just as they did swarmed to Facebook from mySpace and Orkut.

Largest Fossil Spider Discovered

Scientists in China, Inner Mongolia found a new spider fossil, this new species called Nephila jurassica, a 165 million-year-old golden orb weaver whose legs spanned an astonishing 15cm – setting the new world record for the Largest Fossil Spider.
The previous record was a Guinness world record for the oldest fossil spider trapped in amber has been dated at 125-135 million years old. It is from the family linyphiidae, and was discovered in Lebanon and analysed by David Penney and Paul Selden (both from University of Manchester, UK).

At the age of 13, he followed his father’s photographic career by picking up a camera and experimenting with all sorts of “magical tricks”, developing his photographic imagination and skills with friends and family and later honing his technique in commercial settings. Jan von Holleben’s work has been exhibited internationally and published widely throughout the world and have won many awards.

Really Amazing Civilization in Iran

Kandovan (also spelled Candovan) is a tourist village in the province of East Azarbaijan, near Osku and Tabriz, Iran. Its fame is due to its troglodyte dwellings. Some of the houses are at least 700 years old and are still inhabited. Kandovan is also known for its scenic beauty. A popular resort, it offers hotels and restaurants to serve tourists. Its mineral water is also popular with visitors and is believed to be a cure for kidney disease. source(Wikipedia).

It is a major Iranian Tourist destination as well.
